Topics Not working

Topics are not showing up on my Mac on 2.4. There is no topics option under the gear button.

In general, topics feature seems incomplete. You are still limited to 140 characters. A better implementation would
be to let the user type as much text as the want and let Tweetbot break up the text in 140 character
chunks and add 1/10, 2/10, etc.

Confusing feature.
